Colliers International is seeking a Business Development Executive to support the Strategic Partnership Director with bid activities, client meetings, and tender submissions. The role requires collaboration with virtual teams, creative design, and AI-assisted content development.

Key responsibilities include drafting proposals, collating bid content, conducting market research, and maintaining the content library for bids, pitches, and tenders.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in executive support, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in supporting business development or sales, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Strong time and project management; ability to handle multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Draft proposals and client presentations (PPT, HTML, etc.) and create engaging materials.
• Collate content for director-led bids and tailor to client needs and branding.
• Support tender submissions: deadlines, content gathering, and alignment with objectives.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports to inform BD strategy.
• Provide admin support including updating Salesforce CRM and coordinating partnerships.
