Job summary

Colliers is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support the Partner and Director in business development, bids and tender submissions across the UK. You will draft proposals and presentations, collate content, and keep the content library up to date for bids and pitches, while coordinating with virtual teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in executive support or marketing.
• Experience supporting business development or sales.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• AI proficiency for presentation design.

Responsibilities

• Draft Proposals and Presentations Material for client pitches and internal meetings.
• Collate draft content for Directors to shape based on client insights and market data.
• Create visually appealing presentations for proposals and meetings; ensure on-brand content.
• Coordinate content for tender submissions and update content library for bids, pitches, and tenders.
• Support research tasks and prepare summaries; assist with Salesforce CRM updates and event coordination.
