Job summary

BDO’s Shared Service Centre hosts a Bid Writer role within the International Institutions and Donor Assurance (IIDA) team in the UK. You will lead the development of complex bids, shaping content and coordinating with technical experts and client teams to ensure compelling, compliant proposals.

You’ll work with the Business Development Assistant to streamline bid submissions, maintaining reusable content and supporting broader marketing materials while promoting best practice across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business development, or related field.
• Proven track record in writing and submitting successful bids.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Strong strategic marketing and business development skills with commercial awareness.
• Experience coordinating multiple inputs across complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex IIDA bids from review to submission.
• Create high‑quality, persuasive bid content and ensure compliance.
