Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive electronic fire and security solutions across the Swindon area. The role offers a basic to £50,000 with OTE £100,000 uncapped, plus a fully expensed electric car or allowance, pension and benefits.

Join a well-established, highly accredited team and follow up inbound enquiries, nurture client relationships, and pursue consultative new business opportunities. Training in fire and security is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire and security is welcomed but training will be provided.
• Sales experience in electrical installation, data cabling, telecoms or M&E is relevant.
• Background in consultative selling is advantageous.

Business Development Manager – Electronic Fire and Security Solutions – Swindon Area - Basic to £50,000 – OTE - £100,000 Uncapped + Fully Expensed Quality Electric Car or Allowance + Pension and Benefits – Well established and extremely highly accredited, this organisation supply and install leading edge fire and security technologies across the UK.

As part of their strategic growth plan they are recruiting a high calibre Business Development Manager to join their friendly, stable and successful team.

Whilst experience of fire and security is welcomed, it is not essential as product and sector training will be provided. Sales experience in general electrical installation, data cabling, telecoms and M&E are all well aligned.

With a range of leading edge technology and heavy investment into automated back office functions, you will be free to follow up inbound enquiries, manage relationships and target consultative new business solutions.
