You will focus on building relationships with commercial clients in grounds maintenance, landscaping and external services, promoting the company’s offerings and securing contracts.

Working with Estimating, Marketing and Operations, you will convert tenders, manage opportunities, and expand TRIA’s regional presence while maintaining an active CRM and pipeline for continued

• Experience in business development or sales in related sectors.
• Track record of generating new business and securing contracts.
• Ability to engage with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business through prospecting, tenders, and frameworks.
• Develop relationships with commercial clients and property managers.

• Manage tenders with Estimating team and negotiate pricing.
