Job summary

TRIA Recruitment Limited in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive commercial growth, develop the sales strategy and identify new markets across the Midlands and beyond. You will lead major client engagements, craft winning proposals and coordinate with internal teams to secure profitable contracts.

The role requires proven senior sales or business development experience, a track record of winning significant contracts, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role in relevant sectors.
• Track record of developing and executing sales strategies and securing contracts.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's sales strategy and growth plans across the Midlands and wider regions.
• Build and develop relationships with key clients including property management, FM firms, housing associations and commercial estate managers.
• Lead new business development through direct engagement, networking, tenders and approved supplier frameworks.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and tender process, coordinating with Estimating and Operations to craft competitive proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offering and regional presence while providing commercial leadership.
