InterEx Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant focused on Business Development in London. This role centers on building new business, engaging senior decision-makers and stakeholders, and driving revenue through strategic client partnerships.

You’ll work in a BD-first environment, collaborating with delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful placements. Ideal candidates have around two years in 360 recruitment, a passion for winning new clients, and comfort with C-suite

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of 360 recruitment experience.
• Genuine passion for Business Development and winning new clients.
• Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Commercially driven, competitive and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new business development across your market.
• Identify and engage with new clients and potential business opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
• Lead commercial conversations and understand clients’ hiring challenges.
• Develop your own network and create new revenue opportunities.
• Leverage recruitment experience to position InterEx as a strategic hiring partner.
• Work with recruiters and delivery teams to turn new business into placements.
• Manage your BD pipeline and pursue ambitious targets.
• Become a trusted contact for clients within your specialist market.
