InterEx Group is seeking ambitious Contract Recruitment Consultants for a fully onsite role in City of London. You will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and match top tech talent with exciting roles.

You'll source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, screen and interview, and guide them through the full recruitment process. Expect uncapped commission, clear career milestones, and a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year recruitment experience preferred.
• Proven billing record and ability to hit KPIs.
• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of tech recruitment space is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and market insight.
• Build lasting client partnerships and understand their hiring needs.
• Negotiate terms and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Engage with candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Screen, interview and qualify candidates and manage the full recruitment process.
