Job summary

InterEx Group in London is seeking ambitious sales professionals to move into technology recruitment. You’ll own your recruitment desk, build relationships with candidates and clients, and source top tech talent from around the world.

No prior recruitment experience is required, just drive, competitiveness and resilience. You’ll receive 12-week training, coaching from experienced managers, and will work five days a week from our London office as you aim for uncapped earnings and clear

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of sales experience required.
• Ability to hit targets and build relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Coachable and hungry to develop in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing relationships with candidates and clients.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Sourcing and qualifying top technology talent.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Conducting candidate and client calls.
• Negotiating offers and managing expectations.
• Building your network and specialist market.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Using LinkedIn and CRM systems to develop your pipeline.
