Job summary

Grant & Stone Plumbing & Heating in High Wycombe is seeking a Bathroom Sales and Designer to turn customer briefs into stylish bathrooms. You will design layouts, present plans and convert enquiries into sales.

You will use CAD tools, build relationships with trade and retail customers, visit sites, and help keep the showroom inspiring. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus potential and ongoing training within IBMG.

Qualifications

• Bathroom showroom or bathroom sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and bathroom products.
• Confident sales approach with lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Positive, organised and professional attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
