Sussex Plumbing Supplies (SPS) – part of IBMG – Heathfield showroom seeks a Bathroom Showroom Designer / Sales Advisor to turn customers' ideas into beautiful, buildable bathrooms. You will design and advise, owning the customer journey from first hello to final delivery, blending creativity with commercial sense.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or design for bathrooms, kitchens, or interiors.
• Strong design sense and ability to visualise spaces.
• Warm, confident people skills and customer focus.
• Attention to detail and accurate measurements.
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Possession of a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored bathrooms and create buildable plans (CAD welcome).
• Serve both retail customers and trade installers.
• Drive showroom sales through quotes, follow-ups, and targets.
• Maintain showroom displays and update ranges.
• Stay updated on product ranges and trends for informed advice.
• Own the order: manage delivery expectations and keep customers informed.
