Job summary

Grant & Stone, part of Independent Builders Merchants Group (IBMG), is hiring a Bathroom Showroom Designer in High Wycombe. You will design stylish bathrooms, advise customers, and convert enquiries into sales while delivering excellent service.

You'll use CAD software to create tailored layouts, build relationships with trade and retail customers, and support showroom standards. This full-time role offers training, a pension, staff discounts, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom design or showroom sales, with ability to design layouts.
• Strong product knowledge in bathroom and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design stylish and practical bathroom solutions tailored to customers' needs.
• Produce bathroom designs using CAD software and supplier tools
• Build relationships with trade and retail customers
• Follow up quotations and generate sales opportunities
• Visit customer homes or sites as required
• Maintain showroom displays and stay updated with trends
