Public House Group is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to join our vibrant team across London venues. You will craft cocktails, beers and spirits with style while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Join a supportive team, maintain a clean bar, manage cash and card payments, and assist with opening and closing procedures. We offer staff meals, discounts, wellbeing support and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but we'll also train enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
• A passion for craft cocktails, beer, and spirits.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborative teamwork: communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
