Job summary

Oak View Group’s The Market at 22 Bishopsgate is hiring energetic bartenders to craft exceptional drinks and deliver welcoming service in a busy, iconic London venue. You’ll engage with a diverse guest base and support bar, restaurant, café, and events teams across a vibrant workplace location.

Ideal candidates show enthusiasm, a genuine hospitality passion, and a professional approach. The role offers 30+ hours weekly on an hourly contract with a pay rate up to £14.80 per hour plus monthly

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience in a bar, pub, restaurant, or similar bartending role.
• Good knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktails, or willingness to learn.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests, colleagues, and visitors
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, beers, wines, and cocktails
• Maintaining high standards of bar presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
• Processing orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy during busy service periods
• Supporting bar, restaurant, café, and event operations as required

Role Purpose

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• A professional and polished approach to customer service
• Previous hospitality experience in a bar, pub, restaurant, or similar bartending role
• Good knowledge of beverages, wines, beers, and cocktails, or a willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues

Good to Know
