Bringing a passion for hospitality, Celtic Manor Resort is seeking a Bartender for Merlins Bar in Newport. The role is permanent with a £12.77 per hour rate and weekend availability. You will craft cocktails, wine and spirits, delivering top-tier service in a premium setting.

You will work closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and promote brand presentation across the bar and lounge areas.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

• Prepare and serve a range of premium beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standards.
