Job summary

Flying Pizza in Leeds is seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our team. You will greet customers, take drink orders, mix drinks, and ensure a clean, welcoming bar area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised, able to multitask.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they approach the bar and taking orders for drinks.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Checking identification to verify customers' ages and ensuring customers are not over-served.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and wiping down surfaces.
• Managing cash and credit card transactions, including opening and closing tabs and making change.
• Creating and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.
• Engaging with customers, making recommendations, and answering questions about the menu and drinks.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Providing guidance and assistance to other bar staff
