Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in London, seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional bar service at 40 Elephants and Sibin Whisky Lounge. You will prepare cocktails, maintain bar standards, and support setup while ensuring guest satisfaction in a historic luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional bar service and guest experiences at 40 Elephants and Sibin Whisky Lounge.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with knowledge of ingredients, presentation and techniques.
• Support bar setup and ensure all preparations are completed prior to service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels, requisition supplies, and ensure correct storage of all bar products.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales opportunities and promote the bar's concept through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Build strong rapport with guests, delivering friendly, professional, and personalised service.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role:

• You are a passionate and service-focused individual with previous experience in a bartender role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
