Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking an Assistant Bar Lounge Manager to lead all-day operations of the Bar Lounge, upholding the brand's standards of service and presentation. You will work with the Bar Lounge Manager to develop strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

You will train and mentor the team, foster a creative, high-performance culture, and participate in recruitment to attract top talent.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Bar Lounge Manager role

• Manage the all-day operations of the Bar Lounge, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Bar Lounge Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Foster a culture of excellence by providing ongoing training, guidance, and mentorship to the team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service consistently.
• Cultivate a dynamic and creative environment, encouraging experimentation and the implementation of new ideas to enhance the department.
• Demonstrate a passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing your expertise to inspire excellence.
• Identify and nurture talent within the team, developing succession plans and promoting personal growth opportunities.
• Assist recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team is comprised of skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.

About You

Experienced in high-end beverage operations, with a strong ability to lead , manage and train effectively. Demonstrates personal ownership of tasks, ensuring completion to achieve desired outcomes.
