Job summary

The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associates to join our restaurant team within The Celtic Collection. This permanent, 30-hour-per-week role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work in a prestigious luxury hotel environment, delivering memorable guest experiences from breakfast through to evening service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.
• Provide a warm welcome and create memorable experiences throughout the guest journey.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
• Assist guests with menu choices, dietary requirements and allergen information.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support colleagues to create a safe, efficient, and enjoyable working environment.
• Help set up, replenish and clear service areas as required.
