Job summary

THE NICI Collection in Bournemouth is seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our luxury hotel bars, lounges and restaurant venues. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, deliver friendly customer service, keep work areas clean, take orders and payments, and promote drinks and hotel experiences.

A friendly, professional approach and strong teamwork are essential; previous bar experience is desirable but not required, with ongoing training and career progression

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
