Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a friendly Bar Back to join our bar team at our luxury destination hotel. You will support bartenders, help keep the bar stocked, and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

No prior bar experience required—full training provided. We offer meals on duty, staff discounts, and ongoing training as you build a career within our expanding luxury hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with beverages, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
• Prepare and replenish ice, mixers, and other bar essentials throughout service.
• Collect, wash, and polish glassware to maintain presentation standards.
• Keep the bar and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries in line with stock procedures.
• Help with setting up and closing down the bar each day.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Back to join our bar team. Supporting our bartenders, you will play a key role in ensuring the bar operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service and helping create memorable experiences for our guests.
