Job summary

Costa Coffee in Newport is seeking a Team Leader who will train and support Baristas, energise and motivate the team, and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

You will be a reliable, energetic team player with strong communication skills, leading others with confidence and adapting to every shift. This role is based in Newport, UK, at Costa-owned stores.
