Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for our Plymouth store to energise and support the shift, train new Baristas and maintain coffee excellence. We offer flexible shifts to suit you and the store, with a focus on delivering great coffee experiences for customers.

As a Costa Team Leader you’ll be a reliable role model, communicate clearly, and professionally lead the team to ensure high standards and smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or stepping into a team leader role.
• Train and mentor new Baristas to maintain Costa standards.
• Strong communication and energy to motivate your shift.
