Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store.

You’ll train and motivate your team, maintain coffee excellence and adapt to busy service times, while embodying Costa’s values and customer-first approach. Founded in 1971, Costa continues a passion for great coffee and community, offering staff discounts and development opportunities.
