Job summary

Costa Coffee in Cardiff is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, while delivering great coffee and memorable moments.

You will train and support new Baristas, energise your team, uphold service and coffee excellence, and adapt to keep everything running smoothly.
