Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient service and inspire your team of Baristas to deliver great coffee.

You’ll train new Baristas, maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence, stay adaptable, and use resourcefulness to keep operations running smoothly. Costa offers flexible shifts and a 50% discount on food and drink, plus pension and share scheme benefits.
