Job summary

Costa Coffee in Portsmouth is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

We offer flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate of £13.75–£14.75 depending on location, 50% discount and other perks. If you’re reliable, a strong communicator and a calm, proactive leader, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident leading others.
