Costa Limited in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Team Leader to energize shifts, coach Baristas and uphold coffee excellence. You’ll guide service, ensure quality, and create a positive, efficient store floor.

As a Team Leader you’ll drive teamwork, support colleagues and maintain high standards while delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
