Job summary

Costa Coffee in Ruabon is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to each shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train new Baristas and energise the team to deliver exceptional coffee and service.

The role emphasises adaptability, reliability and a customer‑focused mindset, with a commitment to Costa’s values and customer experience. Flexible shifts available in a busy store environment.

• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced retail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to train and motivate staff.
