Job summary

Costa Coffee in Saffron Walden is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift at 7 Market Place. You will help train and support Baristas and ensure smooth service and coffee excellence.

This role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to lead a team through busy periods. Costa offers flexible shifts and a 50% discount on food and drink in Costa-owned stores.
