Job summary

Costa Coffee in Huddersfield is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy and confidence to every shift in our store on Leeds Road & Hill House Lane. You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise the team and uphold coffee excellence while keeping operations smooth with flexible shift patterns.

The ideal candidate communicates well, leads by example and remains calm under pressure in a busy cafe environment. Costa values teamwork, diversity, and outstanding guest experiences.
