Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in Corby to energise and support a busy shift, maintain service standards and coffee excellence, and lead a high-performance team.

You’ll train and mentor new Baristas, ensure smooth operations, and adapt to changing demands while upholding Costa values and a customer-first mindset.
