Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, and energise and motivate your team while maintaining high standards of service and coffee excellence.

This role offers flexible shifts, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to contribute to store success and Costa Foundation initiatives through local stores.
