Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Team Leader in Cheltenham for a 25-hour-per-week, permanent role with free parking. You will train and support new Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence. The role requires a reliable, mature leader with strong communication and adaptability to keep store operations smooth.
