Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd is hiring baristas in Bristol. You’ll handmake and serve our barista drinks with care, bringing warmth and great customer service to every guest. Training weeks begin before you pour your first drink, equipping you with the skills and confidence to shine.

Base pay rate is £13.30–£13.60 per hour. After training, there are opportunities for shift bonuses and benefits, plus a supportive team environment to grow in.

Now, on the Barista Role… Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate:£13.30 - £13.60
