Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd is hiring for a Barista in Crawley. You’ll handmake and serve our drinks, learn through weeks of training, and deliver warm, friendly service to every customer who visits our shop.

Base Pay Rate: £14.30 - £14.60. Expect supportive team culture, flexible shifts, and plenty of opportunities to grow within Pret as you help create the Pret experience every day.

Barista Role

Now, on the Barista Role… Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew.You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate: £14.30 - £14.60
