Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring Baristas to handcraft and serve our organic coffee and drinks. You’ll undergo weeks of training and join a team focused on great service, warmth, and delivering the Pret experience to customers.

The role offers base pay of £13.75–£14.05 per hour, with additional bonuses and benefits including 28 days of leave, pension, healthcare, free food and drink, and Club Pret perks. Flexible shift patterns and a supportive shop team await.

Now, on the Barista Role…

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew.You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate:£13.75 - £14.05

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
