Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd is hiring for a Barista in London. You’ll handmake and serve a range of Pret drinks, going through weeks of training to build skills, pace and confidence.

A strong focus on friendly customer service and teamwork is essential, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Base Pay Rate: £13.30–£13.60 per hour, with an additional £1.25 per hour and a Mystery Shopper bonus post-training.

Barista Role

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You'll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you'll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate:£13.30 - £13.60

• Additional £1.25 per hour
• Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
