Job summary

Pret Proud is growing across 750+ shops and 20+ countries. We’re hiring Baristas in Mill End who are friendly, reliable, and excited to craft excellent coffee and serve customers with a smile.

You’ll receive weeks of training to master our drinks and have access to perks like a pension, healthcare, free food and Club Pret discounts. Base pay ranges from £14.30 to £14.60 per hour, with shifts including early mornings.

Barista Role

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You'll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you'll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate:£14.30 - £14.60
