Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd is hiring a Barista for our shop in London. You’ll handmake and serve barista drinks, learn through weeks of training, and bring warmth and energy to every customer interaction. A strong focus on teamwork and exceptional customer service drives the Pret experience.

You’ll join a supportive team with a base pay rate of £13.30–£13.60 per hour, plus bonuses and an extensive benefits package designed to reward commitment and growth.

Now, on the Barista Role…

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew.You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate:£13.30 - £13.60

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
