Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a dedicated Barista (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. You will prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food, while keeping the bar area clean and welcoming.

The ideal candidate is a brilliant communicator with customer service experience, able to work under pressure, and take initiative. Training and development opportunities are offered within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with brewing equipment and beverage preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve high-quality food to delight customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and well organised.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
• Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates.
• Learn brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation.
• Check brewing equipment operates properly and report issues.
• Represent CH&CO and uphold the brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Barista (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Barista (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
