Job summary

CH&CO is hiring a motivated Barista in Birmingham to craft beautifully prepared drinks on a 40-hour full-time contract. You will deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees, while embracing a culture that invests in its people and celebrates individuality.

As a Barista, you’ll master beverage preparation, maintain a clean bar, handle payments, and work with a friendly team. The role offers progression opportunities, a wellbeing programme, and access to training, with shift patterns

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and well organised.
• Receive and process payments (cash and card).
• Be an enthusiastic team player and clear communicator.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates and support beverage prep.
• Learn brewing methods and presentation techniques to improve offerings.
• Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Adhere to food handling, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
