CH&CO is seeking a dedicated Barista to craft high-quality drinks and deliver excellent customer service. You will work as part of a busy team, handling orders, payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming bar area.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with training and opportunities for progression within a supportive employer that values individuality and staff development.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare drinks and serve customers.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and stock of mugs/plates.
• Handle payments (cash and cards) and represent CH&CO professionally.
• Follow Food Handling & Hygiene standards and health & safety rules.

Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
Keeping the bar area clean
Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
Have previous experience in customer service

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
