Job summary

Aramark, the official culinary partner of AFC Wimbledon, is recruiting for the 2026/2027 season to deliver unforgettable matchday experiences at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.

Join us as a Casual Bar Team Member to serve beverages in a fast-paced environment, handle tills, and provide friendly, high-standard service across events, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, approachable personality and great team spirit.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a busy environment.
• Confidence handling payments and working with tills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and event days.
• Previous bar experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
• Must be 18 or over due to alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Pour pints, prepare drinks, and maintain high presentation standards.
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service to guests during events.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar operations before and after events.
• Follow all licensing, food safety, and health & safety procedures.

Join us as a Casual Bar Team Member, where you'll help create memorable experiences for every guest, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and vibrant matchday environment.

Contract: Casual (includes weekend and evening shifts)

What You'll Do

• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Pour pints, prepare drinks, and maintain high presentation standards
