Job summary

Aramark is recruiting for the 2026/2027 season at AFC Wimbledon Cherry Red Records Stadium, as a Casual Bar Team Member delivering service in a fast-paced matchday environment.

You will serve drinks, handle tills, and work with the team; training will be provided. The role requires 18+ and weekend/evening shifts, with opportunities to grow within a bustling events setting.

• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a busy environment.
• Confidence handling payments and working with tills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days.
• Previous bar experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Must be 18 or over (due to alcohol service requirements)

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Pour pints, prepare drinks, and maintain high presentation standards
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service to guests throughout events
• Operate tills and process payments accurately
• Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of bar operations before and after events
• Follow all licensing, food safety, and health & safety procedures
