Bar Team Member – Shepherd Neame

Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for part time Bar Team Members to join us at the traditional pub ‘The Bricks’ in Masons Hill, Bromley. Known locally as ‘The Bricks’, this warm and friendly venue offers excellent ales, proper pub food and a welcoming atmosphere for big matches or leisurely lunches. It is just a short walk from Bromley’s busy town centre and The Glades shopping centre.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will play an important part in our business ensuring that you acknowledge our customers with a warm welcome and deliver great service to them at every opportunity. You will be on the front line in a busy role, greeting guests, taking orders, preparing drinks and ensuring a smooth bar experience.

Training and Qualifications

If you haven’t got any previous hospitality experience please do not worry – so long as you are over 18 years old and possess the qualities outlined below we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
