• Lead by example to ensure shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide customers with heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, addressing issues quickly.
