Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team have everything they need to run smoothly and that our customers are kept happy. You will lead by example, maintain high standards, and deputise for management when needed.

Qualifications

• Great eye for detail and precise bartending skills.
• Strong customer service and a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shifts.
• Positive can-do attitude and good teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to run like clockwork.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.
