Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy pub team, ensuring every guest enjoys a heartfelt, memorable experience while upholding high standards and operational excellence. You will support shift operations, model outstanding service, and help keep the bar safe and compliant.

Ideal candidates show leadership by example, adaptability, and a positive, team-focused attitude, with strong English communication to manage allergen controls and guest needs.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
