Job summary

You will lead and develop staff, ensure correct stock handling, handle customer queries, and promote responsible service while upholding licensing and safety procedures. Evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of bar service, drinks and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the bar team during shifts.
• Allocate duties and ensure staff are working efficiently.
